The tab interface gone insane

[Tags: webdesign]. Now while tabs can provide a useful interface for any website - Amazon being one of the best examples - you can go a bit too far with it. Consider this example from the the West Midlands European Structural Fund Programmes. Just looking at it makes me feel confused (click for bigger version).
